Come rain or shine, this old-fashioned book market takes place on the bustling Spui square every Friday. About 25 booksellers gather here every week to sell their collections of old, rare, second-hand and out-of-print books.
For over 20 years this book market has attracted book lovers from the Netherlands and abroad. Besides books, you’ll also find old prints, pamphlets, posters and maps. While many of the publications are in Dutch, there is also a selection of English, German and French books on offer.
